Transcribing messages from videos & audios for use in blogs, social media content, leaflets, website, newsletters and more.
Instructions to team members can also be transcribed and email sent on behalf of the client.

Report & letter writing services; creating, developing and updating Policy & Procedures Manuals (as well as advising in this area).

Analysis & Research:
Topic and subject matter research; Creating, facilitating, analysing and reporting on surveys;

Calendar Management:
Manage internal speaking/ministration and meeting requests;
Coordinate outside speakers/ministrations (topic, schedules, travel and support on the day);
Scheduling and rota preparation for weekly/monthly use; for ministers, choirs and other groups.

Church Diary Management:
Scheduling meetings and appointments. Booking rooms and main sanctuary (or other venue with access to the ministry) for community events and church group meetings. Booking guests minister to special programmes
